# HOME_FIGURES.md
system: HoMe-Figuren
organization: Hochschule Merseburg
version: 1.4.3
status: production-ready-cross-model
default_scope: HUMAN ONLY

## CRITICAL SCOPE RULE

Standard HoMe-Figuren productions contain **only human HoMe figures**.

DO NOT create:
- robots
- robotic characters
- anthropomorphic machines
- mascots
- technical devices with faces, arms or personality

Technical devices may appear only as ordinary non-character props when the scene requires them.

## PREFLIGHT INTERACTION PROTOCOL

CRITICAL: Do not generate immediately after receiving a scene request.

Before every new image generation, ask the user these five questions:

1. Use and format: Where will the image be used and which format is required?
2. People and action: How many human HoMe figures and what central action?
3. Text and logo: What exact text, if any? Should the official HoMe logo be used?
4. Color direction: University-wide or faculty-specific? Any preferred approved accents?
5. Must-haves / exclusions: Required representation, clothing, wheelchair, props, architecture, or forbidden elements?

Rules:
- do not invent slogans, claims, event names or additional copy
- use only exact user-approved text
- use the HoMe logo only from an official supplied asset
- if no official logo asset is available or cannot be placed unchanged, generate without logo
- after collecting answers, create a structured production brief
- ask for explicit confirmation: "So erzeugen?"
- generate only after confirmation

If the user says "Standardwerte verwenden", use:
- 16:9
- 4–5 human figures
- one clear action
- white or strongly reduced background
- HoMe-Blau plus 3–5 additional approved CI colors
- no logo unless official asset is supplied
- only explicitly supplied title text
- no slogans
- no robots or mascots

Save and reuse the confirmed production brief for reproducible variants.

## SOURCE PRIORITY

1. The 15 official HUMAN HoMe-Figuren rule sheets on the canonical page
2. this file
3. `home_figures_tokens.json`
4. Hochschule Merseburg Corporate Design rules
5. the requested new scene

The scene may be new. The human figure system is not redesigned.

## HUMAN FIGURE

Reference height: 10 cm.

Use:
- reduced flat 2D vector construction
- defined technical contours
- simple geometric body construction
- approved simple eyes, eyebrows, ears, nose and mouth
- approved head, hair, beard, glasses and headwear language
- approved body and clothing modules

Do not import another cartoon, anime, emoji or realistic face system.

### Front contour weights at 10 cm
face: 1 pt
ears: 1 pt
eyebrows: 0.75 pt
nose: 0.75 pt
mouth: 0.75 pt
neck: 0.6 pt
upper_body: 0.75 pt
hands_arms: 0.6 pt
legs: 0.6 pt
shoes: 0.75 pt

### Additional front outline values
hairstyle: 1 pt
top: 0.75 pt
bottom: 0.75 pt

### Side-view values
hairstyle: 1 pt
face: 0.75 pt
ears: 0.75 pt
eyebrows: 0.75 pt
nose: 0.75 pt
mouth: 0.75 pt
neck: 0.6 pt
upper_body: 0.75 pt
hands_arms: 0.6 pt
shoes: 0.75 pt

Scale line weights proportionally to output figure size.

## FACE SYSTEM

Approved expression families:
- neutral
- friendly / joy
- disappointment / sadness
- anger / rage
- surprised / shocked
- additional approved expressions

Approved modular head elements include:
- face shapes
- lips
- noses
- age variants
- hairstyles
- beards
- glasses
- headwear

## BODY AND SKIN REPRESENTATIONS

Approved body examples:
- average
- slim
- fuller

Explicit source-sheet skin representations:
- white
- 25% black, RGB 191/191/191
- 40% black, RGB 153/153/153

Do not silently define a new canonical skin palette. Official extensions require HMK approval and versioning.

## CLOTHING

Use the established module language whenever applicable:
T-shirt; pullover; stripes; grid pattern; shirt; tie; bow tie; blouse; dress; skirt; lab coat; neck scarf; scarf; college jacket; leather jacket; winter jacket; summer shoes; sneakers; rubber boots; winter boots; shorts; costume; suit.

New clothing may be derived only if geometry, contour logic and detail level remain consistent.

## WHEELCHAIR

Wheelchair use is an approved HUMAN figure variant.
Use the official front and side reference.
Keep person and wheelchair in the same simplified vector language.
Do not add photorealistic mechanical detail.

## HAIR COLOR RULE

Hair shapes and hair surfaces must follow the approved HoMe-Figuren references.

- HoMe-Blau is the default color for hair surfaces.
- Do not invent natural hair colors such as brown, blond, red or gray unless an approved reference or the confirmed production brief explicitly allows them.
- Keep hairstyle geometry and simplification level close to the HoMe reference sheets.
- When in doubt, preserve HoMe-Blau rather than introducing a new natural hair color.

## COLOR

Use the published Hochschule Merseburg corporate palette as the default approved color system.

Primary:
- HoMe-Blau #003c64

Additional approved colors:
- INW-Blau #0082c8
- SMK-Rot #d71419
- WIW-Grün #009b82
- HoMe-Grau #d2d2d2
- INW-Pastellblau #a5d7dc
- SMK-Pastellrot #f5e6c8
- WIW-Pastellgrün #e6eba5
- HoMe-Mittelblau #0e558c
- HoMe-Akzent-Orange #f59100
- HoMe-Akzent-Gelb #f9b000
- HoMe-Akzent-Grün #96c31e
- HoMe-Dunkelblau #14283c

AI color behavior:
- keep HoMe-Blau as a recurring visual anchor
- do not force an unnecessarily blue-monochrome scene
- when appropriate, combine 3 to 6 approved colors across clothing, props and geometric scene elements
- use pastels for larger or light areas and strong accents for smaller or medium focal areas
- use faculty colors intentionally when they could imply faculty affiliation
- maintain sufficient contrast
- never convey information by color alone
- never invent additional brand colors

Official HoMe-Figuren master/reference assets may establish additional approved combinations. Do not sample JPEG previews to invent canonical values.

## NEW SCENES

Allowed:
- new poses
- new interactions
- new human groupings
- new functional props
- new reduced scene compositions

Typical standard scene:
- 1–5 principal human figures
- one clear activity
- few functional props
- white, transparent or strongly reduced background
- simple geometric furniture, devices and environmental elements

Technical objects remain objects. Never turn them into characters.

## TYPOGRAPHY

Text inside HoMe-Figuren illustrations is allowed.

Primary font: Fira Sans.
Fallback font: Verdana.

Rules:
- use Fira Sans for new communication whenever technically available
- short labels, headlines and event names may be part of the generated composition
- every generated text must be checked for spelling, wording and visual correctness
- if a generator cannot reproduce Fira Sans or produces poor typography, replace the text in the final layout with correctly set Fira Sans
- text is not forbidden; unchecked text is forbidden

## LOGO

The official HoMe logo may be used inside a HoMe-Figuren illustration.

Rules:
- use only an official supplied logo asset
- the AI must not reconstruct, redraw, approximate or invent the logo from memory
- keep the official proportions unchanged
- do not distort, recolor, crop or split the logo
- preserve required clear space and legibility
- if the official logo asset is not available to the tool, leave the intended logo area empty instead of generating a substitute
- when technically possible, place the logo as an unchanged asset layer after image generation

## FORBIDDEN

robots
robotic characters
anthropomorphic machines
mascots
photorealism
3D CGI
anime
manga
watercolor
oil painting
sketch aesthetics
realistic skin/fabric textures
cinematic lighting
foreign cartoon face systems
uncontrolled new colors
invented, reconstructed or modified HoMe logos
unchecked or misspelled generated typography

## UNIVERSAL PROMPT

Create [SCENE] as a new **human-only HoMe-Figuren illustration** for Hochschule Merseburg.

Use the 15 official human HoMe-Figuren reference sheets as strict construction references. Preserve human figure proportions, contour-weight hierarchy, facial construction, hairstyle language, body variants, clothing geometry, color character and vector detail level. Develop only the new human pose, interaction, props and scene composition.

Show exclusively human HoMe figures. Do not create robots, robotic characters, mascots or anthropomorphic machines. Technical devices may appear only as ordinary non-character objects.

The result must look like a new application of the same existing HoMe-Figuren system, not a stylistic reinterpretation.

Color: keep HoMe-Blau #003c64 as an anchor but actively use multiple approved Hochschule Merseburg CI colors when the scene benefits from variety. Prefer 3 to 6 approved colors rather than an unnecessarily blue-monochrome result.

No photorealism, no 3D CGI, no anime/manga, no painterly style and no realistic textures. Text is allowed when useful and should use Fira Sans, but spelling and typography must be checked. The HoMe logo is allowed only when an official supplied logo asset can be placed unchanged; never invent or reconstruct it.

If the official human reference sheets are not accessible, request the HoMe Reference Pack instead of guessing.

## CROSS-MODEL PRODUCTION MODE

For model-independent production, do not rely on the webpage alone.

Use the HoMe Prompt Wizard to create a complete production brief and final universal prompt.
Then provide the three reference boards directly to the image model:

- Board A: HF-RULE-01 to HF-RULE-05
- Board B: HF-RULE-06 to HF-RULE-10
- Board C: HF-RULE-11 to HF-RULE-15

Priority order:
1. HoMe figure fidelity
2. exact people count and required action
3. no invented text, slogans, logos or extra objects
4. approved color system
5. background composition

If scene composition conflicts with figure fidelity, simplify the scene and preserve the HoMe figures.
