BRUSH UP YOUR ENGLISH! - Englischkurs für Professor*innen und Lehrende der HS Merseburg (Level B2-C1)
Only for Academic Members of Staff
You already have a good command of English, but would like to improve your language skills for both general and academic purposes. This seminar is suitable for teachers, lecturers and professors, who would like to improve their language skills at a leisurely pace and in a pleasant learning environment. The course, run in the context of the current internationalization process, will help to prepare you for a stay abroad or for your seminars and lectures in English.
The course focuses on more complex grammatical structures and the four key skills: reading, writing, listening and speaking.
This is an on-going course which you are welcome to join at any time.
Number of participants: max. 15 persons
Tutor: Mr. Uwe Schiffke / English teacher
Level: Upper Intermediate Level B2-C1
Time: winter semester 2026/2027 -Dates will be announced once a sufficient number of interested people have registered.
The course runs 15 weeks per term, once a week.
